Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to bring our products to pets everywhere.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be accommodated. Orders can be returned for a full refund after delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled Monday to Friday and are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped promptly. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices are shown in USD and do not include taxes or duties. You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees in your country. Pupsy is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to post, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your card-issuing bank.
